Bill Hancy is the Principal of Epiphancy, a veteran-owned small business located in Swanton, Vermont. Bill has a 30-year record of accomplishment in private, non-profit, military, and government environments. As an organization development practitioner, he builds collaborative relationships within organizations and communities to analyze, design, and implement solutions required for change initiatives. He is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instructor, Future Search facilitator, GroupSystems ThinkTank™ facilitator, and Adjunct Faculty in the Business Division at Champlain College.
